Lara provides yoga classes and wellness workshops to corporate, private and group clients and believes yoga is about finding peace, harmony and joy in everyday activities. During her time in the finance industry in London, she experienced the difficulties in putting your mental and physical wellbeing first. Practicing yoga improved her outlook, self-confidence and ability to handle stressful situations so she started sharing it with her colleagues. After seeing how beneficial it was to the team she travelled to India and learned about the history, philosophy and meaning of yoga.
